PRINCIPALS + DIRECTORS
Victoria Hatfield – Principal/Owner:
Victoria is a horticulturalist, educator, general contractor, and the firm’s head of design. She oversees the direction and mission of the firm, and is passionate about creating beautiful, purposeful spaces that provide ecologically sustainable solutions. When not busy working, she can be found spending time with her children and her family, playing tennis, or donating her time to help support a myriad of area causes.
Sue Ortinau – Principal/Owner:
Sue’s strong background in project management makes her the perfect person to run the logistics side of the firm and manage the day-to-day operations. With a keen sense of process and a devotion to carrying out and overseeing best practices, she is the master of efficiency. Outside of work, Sue can be found enjoying her busy family, bike riding, or bringing her passion for sustainable practices to the community.
Michelle Link – Director of Office Function + Director of Project Management:
Michelle has a background in advertising, project management, and event planning, and manages all things office-related. She also spends time helping to create infrastructure and office processes for our growing firm.
